【摘要】 为解决医疗水平的地区性差异,有必要采用网上关节置换临床系统。系统采用基于医学图像图形协作的分布式系统。文章给出系统中的主体模型以及网络拓扑结构,提出了基于令牌机制的双线程协作交互模式。为实现同步协作技术提出事前共享方法,在原有主体模型中加入了事件处理机及本地VRML文件,并对同步协作软件进行了说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is necessary to employ the joint replacement telenet clinical system to compensate for the different medical treatment level among various areas.This paper brings forward a distributed system based on the medical image and graphics collaborative work,then expatiates the system object model,network structure,and two-thread collaborative work interact mode based on the Token control.In order to realize the synchronized collaborative work,pre-pool method is provided,system object model is updated by adding event processor and local VRML file.Afterwards,synchronized collaborative work software is illuminated.更多还原
