基于小波包收缩的心电信号除噪方法研究
Denoising of Electrocardiogram Signal Using Wavelet Packet Shrinkage
【摘要】 文章提出了一种新的基于小波包分析的心电信号的除噪方法。讨论了小波包收缩消噪的原理、阈值的选取以及阈值的量化规则。比较了选择不同的阈值以及不同的阈值量化规则对信号消噪的效果。结果表明基于小波包分析的小波包收缩除噪技术在保持信号奇异性的同时能有效的去除心电信号的噪声。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a new denoising method-wavelet packet shrinkage is presented based on the wavelet packet analysis.the selection rules of thresholding value and the thresholding operations are analyzed.The principle of the wavelet packet shrinkage to reduce the noise is introduced.Using the electrocardiogram (ECG)signal as the example,the ECG signal with additive Gaussian noise was processed based on the wavelet packet shrinkage.The results are compared with different thresholding value and different thresholding operation.By analysis the meaningful denoising method to reduce the EGG signals is achieved.
