聚丙烯熔融指数的在线计算及工程应用
Online Calculation of MI of PP and Industrial Application
【摘要】 基于机理对Hypol工艺的聚丙烯装置建立动态模型,并提出聚丙烯熔融指数(MI)的在线计算方案,在实际60kt/a装置上得到应用。
【Abstract】 a dynamic model for Hypol process is presented based on the reaction kinetics and reactor balance equa-tions.Using the dynamic model,Melt Index of PP can be calculated online and this technique is used on real60t/a industrial plant.
