【Abstract】 With the ever-increasing density of integrated circuits,the need for speed of parameter extraction becomes more and more crucial.This paper uses boundary element method to extraction interconnect capacitance,modify an existing preconditioned method and apply it to practical computation.The theoretical analysis and numerical results of two typical examples show that this method can decrease the numbers of iterative by30%and reduce the computation time greatly.更多还原
