自焙槽铝电解智能控制下料系统
Intelligent Supplying System of Self-calcinating Electrobath
【摘要】 介绍基于铝电解过程中热平衡和物料平衡原理而设计的一种自动下料系统。这个系统首先在现场总线控制系统上建立一个开放的平台,然后在平台之上建立专家系统,实现自动下料。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces an intelligent supplying system of self-calcinating electrobath,which is developed by the theory of thermal balance and supplying balance in the process of aluminum electrolysis.This system is an expert system which is founded on an open platform in a fieldbus control system.
