【Abstract】 Some new methods of constructing error-correcting codes and rank distance codes are given in this paper.The generator matrices of the codes being constructed are found out.It is pointed out that maximum rank distance Reed-Solomon code and maximum rank distance BCH code are special circumstances of the new rank distance codes being constructed.更多还原
