Mo的替代对FeNbBCu软磁纳米晶合金磁谱的影响
Influence of Mo Substitution on The Magnetic Permeability Spectra of FeNbBCu Alloy
【摘要】 本文研究了Fe82 Nb7-xMoxB10 Cu1(x =0 ,1,3,5 )系列纳米晶软磁合金中Mo的含量对磁导率谱 (频率范围1kHz 1MHz)的影响 ,并用畴壁钉扎理论进行了解释。在磁谱中观测到随着Mo含量的增加 ,弛豫频率线性地上升。μ′随外加磁场幅度变化曲线表明其原因在于Mo的替代导致了钉扎场的增强。
【Abstract】 The influence of Mo content on the magnetic permeability spectra of Fe 82Nb 7-xMo xB 10Cu 1(x=0,1,3,5)nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloys was studied in the frequency range of 1kHz to 1MHz.Domain wall pinning theory was used to explain.Through the permeability spectra it can be seen that the relaxation frequency increased linearly with Mo content.The relation between μ′ and the amplitude of the applied magnetic field disclosed the reason that Mo substitution caused the increase of pinning field which resulted in the increase of relaxation frequency.
