一种贝氏体钢的性能及其界面结构原子像

【摘要】 研究了RE元素对一种贝氏体钢的强度和韧度的影响 ,结果表明 ,含微量RE比无RE的同一种贝氏体钢冲击韧度αk 值提高 1倍以上 ,抗拉强度也略有增加 ;上贝氏体铁素体—奥氏体之间的取向同时存在K—S和N—W关系和单独存在K—S关系。贝氏体铁素体—奥氏体高分辨像显示 ,两相界面不平直 ,α和γ两相内有系列刃型位错和结构小台阶 ,两相界面未显示出连续的严格共格关系。贝氏体铁素体亚片条宽度多为 5 .0~ 10nm范围。同时讨论了贝氏体铁素体—奥氏体间取向关系和RE元素提高强韧度的机制。

【Abstract】 The strength and toughness of bainitic steels with RE and without RE element have been studied.The results show that the toughness of bainitic steels with RE elements is 1 time higher than that of without RE element and the tensile strength of the former is a little higher than that of the latter. There are K-S and N-W orientation relationships between the bainitic ferrite and the austenite and there is only N-W relationship between them. The high-resolution images show that the interface of two phases is not straight and there are a series of edge dislocations and small structure-ledges, and it does not reveal continuous stringent coherent relationship. The width of the bainitic ferritic sublaths are mostly 5.0~10nm. The orientation relationships between the bainitic ferrite-austenite and the mechanism of RE element for increasing strengthening-toughening are discussed too.
