钛/不锈钢爆炸焊接接头退火性能的研究
Joint Strength of Titanium/Stainless Steel by Explosive Welding under Different Annealing Temperature
【摘要】 通过拉伸试验、组织分析、断口形貌分析以及焊缝显微硬度的测定 ,研究了钛 不锈钢爆炸焊接接头强度及退火工艺对焊接接头强度的影响。结果表明 ,钛 不锈钢爆炸焊接界面结合强度高于纯钛 ;退火温度低于 4 0 0℃ ,焊接接头的强度不降低 ,缺口强度约为 5 30MPa ;退火温度为 5 0 0℃时 ,焊接接头的强度显著降低 ,缺口强度小于 4 2 0MPa
【Abstract】 The joint strength of titanium and stainless steel by explosive welding and the effect on property of interface under different annealing temperature are investigated in this paper. By analysis of metallography and fractography and microhardness, it is shown that interface strength between titanium and stainless steel explosive welded is higher than Ti; different annealing temperatures produce different influences on the welded joint strength. When annealing temperature is below 400℃, the welded joint notch strength does not drop and its value is over 530 MPa, while the annealing temperature is at 500℃,the welded joint notch strength decreases remarkably and its value is lower 420 MPa.
