用32P光镜放射自显影示踪术对人体经脉循行路线组织结构的研究
Study on tissue structure of transmission route of human meridian with 32P light microscopic radioautography
【摘要】 目的 :研究人体经脉循行路线的组织结构究竟是什么的问题。方法 :用32 P光镜放射自显影示踪技术对人体经脉循行路线进行了 2例组织结构的研究。结果 :发现32 P不但大量分布在表皮的生发层中 ,而且还广泛分布于皮神经纤维和触觉小体内。结论 :提示人体经脉循行路线的组织结构与皮神经纤维的关系十分密切
【Abstract】 Objective:To research the tissue structure of transmission route of human meridian with 32 P light microscopic radioautography. Methods: The transmission route of human meridian was studied in 2 cases with 32 P light microscopic radioautography. Results: A great quantities of 32 P were found not only in stratum germinatum of epidermis, but also in fiber of cutaneous nerve and tactial corpuscle. Conclusion: This result indicates that the transmission route of human meridian is closely related to cutaneous nerve.
