【摘要】 目的　观察金华猪心内生长抑素 (SS)免疫反应 (IR)纤维和细胞分布。　方法　ABC免疫组织化学染色法。　结果　SS IR阳性纤维分布于左右心房、心室和冠状窦 ,以心房为多。阳性纤维呈线状或点线状 ,主要分布于心肌层。此外 ,右心房内有散在分布的神经节 ,其内有数 10个SS阳性神经元。　结论　猪心内有SS IR阳性纤维和神经元 ,与人心内类似更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To stady the distribution of somatostatin (SS) immunoreactive (IR) nerve fibers and neurons in Jin\|Hua porcine heart. Methods 10 fresh Jin\|Hua porcine hearts were used to have the myocardial tissue prepared for the immunohistochemistry (ABC method) studies. Results SS\|IR positive fibers were mostly distributed in the right and left atrium\, ventrical and coronary sinus. Those fibers were characterized in beaded and threaded appearances and mainly distributed in the myocardial layer. There were sparsely distributed ganglia in the right atrium.Conclusion\ There are SS\|IR postive fibers and neurons in the porcine heart. The results provide morphological data for the study of the physiological and pathophysiological effects of somatostatin on the cardiovascular system.\;[更多还原
