极大螺旋藻培养液中5种微量元素最佳浓度的研究
Study on the Optimal Concentration of the Five Microelements in the Culture Solution for Spirulina gigantea Schmidle
【摘要】 通过正交试验,研究了极大螺旋藻培养过程中5种微量元素的最佳浓度。结果表明:铜、锌、锰、钼、钻的最佳浓度依次为2.0×10-7mol/L、4.3×10-6mol/L、1.0×10-5mol/L、1.3×10-6mol/L、1.1×10-5mol/L。与原始Zarrouk培养基相比,铜、锰的浓度与Zarrouk培养基基本相同,锌、钼高1个数量级。
【Abstract】 Applied orthogonal design, the optimal concentration of the five microelements were studied.The experiment indicated that the optimal concentration of element Cu,Zn,Mn,Mo,Co was 2.0×10-7mol/L, 1.1×05mol/L respectively. The concentration of Cu and Mn were similar to that of Zn and Mo were both 10 times higher than that of in the Zarrouk soution.
