【摘要】 介绍一种台试检验汽车制动性能的新方法,其基本原理是:车轮和检验台滚筒等旋转部分转动惯量已知后,通过测量检验台滚筒在自由减速过程和制动减速过程中的角减速度,实现汽车制动性能检测;试验表明,该方法可行,由于减轻甚至避免了车轮和滚筒之间的打滑现象,检测结果比较真实地反映制动器的效能,检测误差较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces a new method for examining automobile’s braking performance by a bench tester. The basic principle is: By measuring the angular negative acceleration of the bench tester’s roller during free and braking deceleration, the automobile’s braking performance could be examined if the moment of inertia of the wheels and the tester’s roller, etc. is known. This method is proved to be applicable by the test results. Moreover, because this method can alleviate, or even avoid slipping between roller and wheel during the examining, it can reflect the actual performance of brakes, with a rather low examination inaccuracy.更多还原
