【Abstract】 The unofficial groups of college students play a dual role-both positive and negative-in the educational management of colleges and universities. It is important to probe into these groups for better carrying out the ideological education and educational management in the present new situation. This paper reveals six characteristics of unofficial college student groups, analyzes the types of these groups and the reasons for their coming into existence, discusses their five roles which should not be neglected, and puts forward five strategies that could give full play to their positive role and restrict and eliminate their negative aspects.更多还原
