【Abstract】 Choose three year old wild Coelomactra antiquata to culture 200.9×10 4ind juvenile shellfish with 3.1～7.2mm averaging 3.545×10 4ind/m 2 by using the technologies of artificial fertilization,stimulation spawning,Optimum selection & rearing,induction & adhesion,tray Comprehensive Collection, tray Comprehensive juvenile mollusk Culture. On Sep.26,2000,in high pond,culture 20.6×10 4ind juvenile shellfish with size of 9.8mm and average weight of 0.2g.Using unicellular algae as bait,On July 1,2001,Successfully survived 3.105×10 4ind one year old Coelomactra antiquata juvenile shellfish with average size of 39.05mm and average weight of 9.87g.
