【Abstract】 Intelligent Computer-Assisted Instruction (ICAI) is the developing tendency of Computer-Assisted Instruction (CAI). By comparing CAI with ICAI, the paper shows the advantages of ICAI in the future. It presents the key technology of ICAI and realization precept.
