【摘要】 讨论了 MSDOS,1 6位 Windows和 Windows9x下的串行通信编程的特点及差别 ,并着重讲述 32位 Windows9x环境下的通信编程技术

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the difference of serial communication programming in the operating systems of MSDOS, 16 bit windows and windows 9x, and then presents some problems about the programming technique for serial communication in 32 bit OS of windows9x.
