【摘要】 目的 :观察经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术 (PTCA) +支架术对冠心病患者心率变异性的影响。方法 :30例冠心病患者于PTCA +支架术术前、术后第 1天、第 3天、1周、1个月行Holter检查 ,检测HRV时域指标和频域指标。结果 :PTCA +支架术后第 3天内HRV较术前降低 ,SDNN、SDANN、SDNNI、RMSSD、LF明显降低 (P <0 0 1)、HF亦降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,术后第 3天开始增加 ,1个月增加明显 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :PTCA +支架术术后HRV增加 ,第 3天内降低是暂时的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA) and stent implantation on heart rate variability in patients with coronary heart disease.Method Holter tapes were performed in 30 patients with coronary heart disease before PTCA and at 1 day,3 day,1 week,1 month after PTCA.Time domain and frequency Domain were analyzed.Results Compared with HRV before PTCA SDNN,SDANN,SDNNI,RMSSD,LF after PTCA revealed a significant decrease in 3 days(P<0.01),HF also decreased (P<0.05),All indexs improved at 3 day after PTCA and stent implantation,HRV were significantly increased at 1 month (P<0.01).Conclusion HRV increased after PTCA,the decrease in 3 days is transitory.更多还原
