【Abstract】 An evaluation of the relationship of receptor genes to schizophrenia, its pathogenesis and effect of treatment was presented. The genetic tendency of schizophrenia indicates the genetic origin of its pathogenesis. The hypothesis of dopamine and 5-HT, Indicates its biochemical pathogenetic origin.
