Mach-Zehnder光纤干涉仪相位载波调制及解调方案的研究
Research on Scheme of Phase Carrier Modulation and Demodulation of Mach-Zehnder Optical Fiber Interferometer
【摘要】 本文根据Mach Zehnder光纤干涉仪相位调制与双光束干涉测量的特点 ,提出了一种采用相位调制器 (PZT)实现相位载波调制 ,利用贝塞耳函数进行傅里叶分解实现相位调制信号解调的检测方案。理论分析表明 ,该方案能有效地抑制随机干扰信号对测量精度的影响
【Abstract】 Based on phase modulation and interference detection of two beams of Mach Zehnder optical fiber interferometer, a detecting scheme to realize phase carrier modulation using PZT phase modulator and to realize demodulation of detected signal using Bessel function and Fourier analysis is proposed. Theoretical analysis shows that the scheme can effectively suppress effect of random interference signal on the measurement accuracy.
