【Abstract】 Overall development of comprehensive technique for small watershed is a research project in Liaodong mountainous area; such strategic principle has been realized over there. That is taking farming, forestry and animal husbandry as the key link, and growing and raising as the guide, diversification as emphasis under advantage nature applying ecological theory, and scientific used of stereoscopic structure.
