【摘要】 介绍了自行开发研制的皂泡式流量计。分析了该流量计的流量特性 ,提出了提高使用性能的方法 ,研究了流速、压差和扩张比与薄膜顺利通过测量区成功到达出口率的关系。该流量计具有小流量测量精度高、压差损失小、成本低等特点 ,可用于小排量液化石油气发动机燃料消耗率的测量。本文还介绍了该流量计在小型单缸液化石油气发动机台架试验中的实际应用情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Performance and work reliability of soap film flow meter developed by authors are presented.Relationship between successful rate of soap film sliding through measuring tube and tube expansion ratio,pressure drop and concentration of soap emulsion are demonstrated by figures.The flow meter is characterized by high precision at small folw rate,low pressure drop during measurement,and suitable for fuel consumption measurement of small LPG engine.更多还原
