【摘要】 目的　探讨精神分裂症配偶的行为问题及相关因素。方法　采用生活事件量表 (LES)对精神分裂症配偶 (研究组 )及正常人群配偶 (对照组 )进行测试 ,两组各为 80人 ,对其男、女配偶间表现进行研究。结果　研究组行为问题的出现率为48.75 % ,对照组为 1 5 .0 0 % ,研究组 LES平均行为分 2 6.3 6± 1 5 .2 8,高于对照组 3 .1 2± 1 .86(t=9.5 5 ;P<0 .0 1 )。研究组的夫妻情感破裂、家属重病、性生活障碍、财产损失、收入显著减少、睡眠重大改变、焦虑、抑郁与对照组比较差异有显著性。结论　精神分裂症患者配偶行为问题 ,为患者作用的结果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study was to explon the diffrences of behavior problems and the influential faclors between spouses of schizophrenics and normal controls.Methods Eighty spouses of schizophrenic patients and 80 spouses of normal controls were investigated using Life Events scale(LES).Results The rate of behavior Problems armong the spouses of schizophrenic patients was 48.75%,which was higher than that of normal controls(15.00%),The average LES Score in the spouses of sohizophrenic patients was 26.36±15.28,which was higher than that of normal controls(3.12±1.86;t= 9.55 ;P<0.01).marriage breaking up?being in serious illness?sexual intercourse disorder?Property loss?income notabce reduction?sleep significant change?anxiety expression showed significant differences between two groups.Conclusions The results indicate that schizophrenic patient plays an important role in their spouse behavior problems.更多还原
