【摘要】 目的　探讨神经症患者的躯体化症状。方法　统计 6 2例神经症患者最常见的躯体化症症。采用 SCL— 90对各型神经症患者进行测评。结果　 1 6 2例神经症患者最常见的十项症状为 :头昏、乏力、头痛、胃胀不适、不定部分疼痛、心慌、咽喉梗阻感、肌肉跳、耳鸣和眩晕、胸闷和气短 ;2神经症患者 SCL-90评分明显高于中国常模 ;3三种神经症患者 SCL— 90因子经方差分析表明有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 0 1 )。结论　神经症患者的躯体化症状为多样化 ,各型神经症的症状差异显著 ,临床工作中 ,应引起重视更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study somatic symptoms in neuroses.Methods The common somatic symptoms in 62 patients with neuroses of different types were assessed by SCL-90.Result ①The ten most common somatic symptoms are:dizzy?inertia?headache?stomach expand?unlocus pain?flustered?obstruction of larynx?muscle to jump?noise in ears and vertigo?chest muffled and short breath.②The total score and scores on subscales of SCL-90 were significantly higher than Chinese norm.③The scores on subscales of SCL-90 were significantly different among three types of neuroses.Conclusion Somatic symptoms of neurotic patients are divergent and the symptoms are different among different types of neuroses.更多还原
