【摘要】 目的 通过本组病例报告,阐述阑尾手术同时切除Meckel憩室的意义及方法。方法 急性阑尾炎800例,术中探查发现Meckel憩室10例。8例行肠楔行切除术,2例行肠段切除吻合术。结果 术后恢复顺利,9例为9～14d出院,切口感染1例。无术后粘连性肠梗阻及肠瘘发生。结论 阑尾手术同时切除Meckel憩室可避免因Meckel憩室的并发症而再次手术。同时切除是安全可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the advantage of appendicectomy combined with Meckel diverticulum excision. Methods Among 800 cases of appendicectomy 10 cases of Meckel diverticulum were found and all excised. Results Nine cases were cured, 1 case complicated with postoperative infection. No intestinal adhesion, obstruction or small bowel fistula were found. Conclusion Appendicectomy combined with Meckel diverticulum excision is safe and may avoid a second operation due to Meckel diverticulum complication.更多还原
