【摘要】 我国近年来农民收入增长缓慢,原因在于:农业的弱质性决定农民增收的艰难性;农业产业结构不合理;农村财税政策和金融政策存在弊端;以及农业资源约束加剧、农民组织化程度低等。尤其是城乡分割的管理体制和分配制度,使得农民相对收入逐年下滑。因此本文提出,改善农民收入状况要有新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Over years, the income of farmers increases slowly, the reasons of whi ch are: the weak nature of agriculture makes it hard for farmers to increase the ir income; the industrial structure of agriculture is not reasonable; the fiscal and financial policies in rural areas have some defects; the limits on the agri cultural resources are aggravating; farmers are less organized. Particularly, th e separated management and distribution system of urban and rural areas resulted in the continuously decreasing of farmers’ relative income.
