风险企业的一种激励安排
A KIND OF INCENTIVE ARRANGEMENT OF VENTURE FIRMS
【摘要】 风险资本家对企业管理层的增股激励是风险投资的一种常用的激励模式 .本文建立一个增股激励模型以及参数估计的方法 ,给出最佳的增股比例
【Abstract】 Giving stocks to entrepreneurial is a common incentive method in venture firms. This literature gives a model which explains how to give stocks to entrepreneurial. It also gives a method of estimation of parameters and the optimal number of stocks presented.
