【摘要】 本文运用统计学定量分析方法中的变差系数 (CV)、标准差 (S)和综合差异指标 (TZ) ,分析了从 196 5— 1999年间 ,保定市所属各县市经济区域差异的现状和变化状况 ,指出了 90年代经济差异不断扩大的变化趋势 ,在分析了形成原因后 ,进而对保定市区域经济发展战略提出了下列建议 :优先中轴、带动西部战略 ;环京津外向型战略 ;发达县市产业结构升级 ,县域特色经济集聚 ;构筑京津保经济联合体 ,形成纵向分工体系 ;加速城市化 ;区域倾斜与补偿相结合 ,建立预警机制等。更多还原

【Abstract】 With statistic quantitative method such as coefficient of variability (CV), standard deviation score (S) and Z score, this paper quantitatively analyzed the present situation and evolve of the regional differences on the counties and the municipals of Baoding from 1965 to 1999, and then put forward that the variable trend for economic difference was constantly enlarged since 1990’s. Moreover, this paper gives some suggestions for the strategies of regional economic development such as to give the priority to the development for the middle axle region and to bring along the western region, the external economic strategy of surround Beijing and Tianjin, to make the industries construction escalate for the developed counties and municipals and to gather the characteristic economy in counties, to set up the economic alliance with Beijing, Tianjin and Baoding and to form the vertical cooperation system, to speed up the urbanization and to combine the incline investment together with the compensate benefit for regional difference, and the warning prediction function should be built up urgently.更多还原
