【摘要】 受区位条件、土地级差收益和城市经济辐射的影响 ,多年以来城乡交错地带耕地被大量征占。特别是近 1 0多年来 ,在市场的导向下 ,城乡交错地带耕地流失速率越来越快 ,造成了耕地资源不可逆转的流失 ,加剧了我国本已紧张的人地矛盾。本文针对我国城乡交错地带耕地流失的状况 ,分析了此地域耕地流失的机理 ,从制度、机制、法制等方面提出了我国城乡交错地带耕地保护的对策更多还原

【Abstract】 For years plenty of farmland is occupied in the regions between cities and countryside under the influence of regional conditions, differential land benefit and urban economic radiation. Especially in recent 10 years, market-oriented economy has led to faster and irreversible farmland loss, which makes man-land contradiction sharper and sharper. Based on the present situation, the author analyzes the farmland loss mechanism and puts forward countermeasures including regulations and laws to protect the farmland in the region between cities and countryside.更多还原
