【Abstract】 The Luohu Business District appeared in 1980s could be regarded as the Central Business District (CBD) of Shenzhen. Since late 1990s, the center of gravity for the economy of Shenzhen changes westwards, and according to the Shenzhen City Planning(1996-2016), the government made up his minds to develop the Shenzhen Central District in Futian, which is considered as the new Central Business District (CBD) of Shenzhen. Under this condition, the Central Business District (CBD) is now in the process of moving westward to Futian too. In this paper, the authors pay attention to the changes, and points out that the factors which affect the westwardly changing of CBD are as follows: the interior reason is the economic center changes westwards; the second is the restriction of land providing in Luohu, the third, passengers-passing of Huanggang Port in the future; the forth, West- moving of Municipal Government; and the last is the guiding of Shenzhen City Planning and the Government-driving. The last four factors are the exterior reasons which do work in the westwards-moving of Shenzhen Central Business District.更多还原
