【Abstract】 By using silver electrode as indication electrode and calomel electrode as reference electrode, the method for the determination of thiamine (Vitamin B 1) with the potentiometric titration is studied. The end point can be determined by the potential break. This method is simple, speedy and accurate. The relative standard deviation is 0.42% and the recovery is 98.7%～100.3%. The result of the determination is in agreement with that of pharmacopoeia method.更多还原
