米索前列醇配合催产素防治妊高征产后出血的临床观察

【摘要】 目的:探讨米索前列醇配合催产素用于防治妊高征产后出血的可行性。方法:选取2000年1月~2001年10月在我院住院分娩的妊高征产妇160例(轻度43例,中度48例,重度69例),孕37~42周,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别用米索前列醇配合催产素和单用催产素,防治妊高征产后出血。结果:观察组产后出血发生率及产后2h出血量(经阴分娩或剖宫产)均低于对照组,两组有显著差异(P<0.05),观察组用药后收缩压与舒张压稍有降低,但无显著差异(P>0.05),血氧饱和度、心率、平均动脉压两组均无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论:米索前列醇直肠用药配合催产素防治妊高征产后出血,疗效显著且安全、方便,有推广价值。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin in preventing or treating postpartum hemorrhage caused by pregnancy induced hypertevsion. Method: 160 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension were selected in our hospital from Jan. ,2000 to Oct. ,2001 (43 cases of light degree,48 cases of middle degree,69 cases of stress degree), pregnanced for 37 to 42 weeks,were divided into tratment group and control one, and prevented or treated using misoprostol combined with oxytocin or oxytocin only (in vaginal delivery or cesarean section). ResultS : bleeding volume of postpartum hemorrhage in treatment group was less than that of control one, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0. 05). The systol and diastol blood pressre fell a little in treatment group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0. 05 ). In the saturation degree of blood oxgeon. pulse, MAP (P > 0. 05 ) there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Misoprostol combined whth oxytocin is a simple and effective way in treating patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by pregnancy induced hypertension and is worth to spread.
