【摘要】 本文探讨了低能量氦氖激光血管内照射 (ILIB)对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛 (UAP)患者血液流变学性质的影响机理。方法 :32例在常规药物治疗的基础上加用ILIB治疗 ;另 32例不稳定型心绞痛患者用常规药物进行治疗作为对照。观察比较血液流变性变化及其疗效。结果 :ILIB组全血低切粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原含量和红细胞聚集指数等指标与对照组比较均显著降低(P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。结论 :ILIB疗法能有效改善血液流变特性 ,显著提高冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effective mechanism of He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation(ILIB) in patients with unstable angina(UAP).Methods:32patients with UAP were treated with drugs and low energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation;another 32 patients treated with drugs as control group.The changes in Hemorheology were observed and compared.Results:After a course of treatment ,the indexes of low shear rate viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and erythrocyte aggregation in therapeutic group with ILIB were decreased significantly(P<0.05～0.01).Conclusion:The study suggests that the ILIB could effectively improve hemorheology properties and curative effect of UAP.更多还原
