对传唤的法律思考
Consideration on the summons
【摘要】 通过对查处治安案件中适用传唤存在疑问的分析与思考,试图寻找解决问题的法律途径,并尝试对适用传唤做出较全面的解释。
【Abstract】 In the paper, we analyzed the doubt of exercising summons in public security cases, and based on it, we attempt to find a juristic way to solve the doubt which we met and try to provide a proper explanation of summons.
