【摘要】 利用以义马煤业集团耿村矿开采(2 3)煤所用的ZFSBa—4400A—18.2/28型低位放顶煤支架为原型而制造出的可变顶梁长度、可变掩护梁角度、可变掩护梁外表面摩擦系数的模型支架,在进行相似模拟实验的基础上,运用方差分析的方法论证了综放支架等参数对综放顶煤回收率的影响;利用曲线回归的方法,得出了以上各参数与综放顶煤回收率的定量关系;在此基础上,结合现场实测,进一步对综放支架参数对综放顶煤回收率影响的机理进行了分析与研究,得出适合义马煤业集团耿村矿(2 3)煤开采的以上各支架参数.更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper uses the alterable gob shield and alterable gob face parameter model support based on ZFSBa-4400A-18.2/28 support used in Gengcun Coal Mine of Yima Coal Inductry (Group) Co.Ltd.to extract coal seam (2?3).On the basis of data from analog simulation experiment,the data analysis method is used to prove the length of support bar,the angle of gob shield that all have effects on extraction ration.The method of carve programming to get the quantitative relation between the length of support bar and extraction ratio,between the angle of gob shield and extraction ration,between the face friction parameter of gob shield and extraction ration.On the other side,linking the survey in reality,it analyses the mechanism of the above three factors’effects on extraction ratio,and draws a conclusion that it is suitable for the condition.更多还原
