减少复合材料钻孔污斑的研究
Study of reducing compound material’s drilling smirch
【摘要】 以树脂为基体的复合材料在微孔加工中会产生严重污斑现象 .介绍了污斑指数的定义 ,分析了污斑现象产生的原因 ,提出了减少污斑的方法 ,即修磨标准微小钻头的棱边及横刃 ,将微小钻头的棱边只保留端部的一部分 ,使之起到修光刃的作用并用以导向 ,横刃部位采取x修磨 ,用以控制开始钻孔时的迷走和迷切 .实验证明 ,这是减少污斑现象、提高钻孔精度的有效方法
【Abstract】 The compound material of resin matrix may produce serious smirch phenomenon during the minute hole drilling.The authors have introduced the definition of smirch exponent and analyzed the course of smirch phenomenon.A method is put forward for decreasing smirch,that is,when the standard minute drill’s edge and chisel has been finished,a part of the minute drill head’s edge is remained to make smooth edge thinning and offer guidance.The chisel part adopts x?thinning to control random walking and random cutting at the beginning of drilling.Experiment has proved that it is an effective method of reducing smirch phenomenon and increasing the drilling accuracy.
