【摘要】 目的探讨洛赛克治疗胃食管反流病临床疗效。方法将82例胃食管反流病随机分为治疗组42例,对照组40例,治疗组用洛赛克20mg每日1次;对照组用泰胃美800mg,每晚睡前1次,疗程为4～8周。结果治疗4周后治疗症状的改善明显优于对照组,尤以烧心、胸骨后痛、酸反应、咽部异物感等症状的改善,与对照组比较差异有明显著性(P<0.05)。结论洛赛克治疗胃食管反流病疗效确切,且无明显毒副反应,用药方便,是治疗胃食管反流病理理想药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of ome prazole in the t reatment of gastroesophageal reflux dis-ease.Methods:82patients of gastroes ophageal reflux disease were divided into two gro ups,the cure group(42cases )and the comparison group(40cases).The cure group took 20mg of omeoprazo le once a day,the comparison group t ook 800mg of taga-met once before slee ping,a treatmen t process of four to eight weeks.Results:The condition of ill ness improvemen t was obvious better than that of the comparison group after tre ating four weeks,particularly feeling evewinker in throat,cardiac passion,pai n of breastbone empress and sour reactio n,the difference was obvious to the c omparison group(p<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of omeprazole in the trea tment of gastr oesophageal reflux disease was accu rate and had not the obvious side effe ct,can use the medicine convenience,the omeprazo le was ideal medici ne to cure gastroe sophageal reflux disease.更多还原
