【摘要】 目的总结近几年来钩端螺旋体病的临床诊断方法的新进展。方法对目前临床上应用的钩端螺旋体病临床诊断方法的弊进行分析、对比。结果因钩端螺旋体病临床表现多样,极易误诊,各种实验方法各有其优缺点。结论PCR快速检测法对钩端螺旋体病的早期诊断具广阔的应用前景。更多还原
