【Abstract】 TZP ceramic wire drawing die has been fabricated from 3Y-TZP/Al 2O 3 ceramic powder (Addition of a little amount of Al 2O 3 increases hardness and sintering properties of the matrix), meanwhile, a co deposition technique of nanometer powders, forming technique and sintering technique have also been developed. The wire drawing test results show that the working life of TZP ceramic wire drawing die is above 4 times than that of YG8 cemented carbide wire drawing die.更多还原
