在Ar与CF4混合气氛中生长LiYF4晶体
The growth of LiYF4 crystal in CF4 atmosphere
【摘要】 报道了在Ar与CF4 混合气氛中成功地生成出高质量的Nd∶LiYF4 晶体 ,并比较了在单一Ar气氛和Ar与CF4 混合气氛中生长的LiYF4 晶体的差别。X射线衍射表明 ,在单一Ar气氛中产生的不纯物质主要是氟氧化合物 ,Ar与CF4 混合气氛中 ,此种不纯物质能够被有效地消除。
【Abstract】 LiYF 4 crystal with high quality was successfully grown in CF 4 atmosphere.The difference between the crystals grown in Ar and CF 4 atmosphere is reported.X-ray indicates that the impurity formed in Ar growth atmosphere is mainly oxyfluoride,the impurity can be effectively eliminated in CF 4 atmosphere.
