基于CPLD芯片的全数字鉴频器
All-digital Discriminator by Using a CPLD Chip
【摘要】 文中首先概述了脉冲激光偏频锁定技术在激光雷达中广阔的应用前景及其在国内外的发展现状。然后 ,介绍了复杂可编程逻辑器件 (CPLD)芯片的原理和它的发展状况 ,提出采用CPLD芯片做成全数字鉴频器 ,进行单脉冲激光外差频率鉴频的思路。最后 ,完成了这种鉴频器的设计和制做 ,实现了单脉冲鉴频偏频锁定实验 ,工作带宽为 12 0MHz
【Abstract】 The paper first briefly summarizes the perspective of optical pulse offset frequency locking techniques applied to laser radar and their current development at domestic and abroad.Then it introduces the principle of the CPLD chip and its development,and presents the idea of designing an all digital discriminator which can be applied to discriminating frequency in an optical pulse heterodyne by using a CPLD chip.Finally,it describes the design and development work of the discriminator,realizing the optical pulse offset frequency locking test.This discriminator works at a band width of 120MHz
