【摘要】 目的　观察对因治疗肢体溃疡的疗效。方法　A组 42例采用常规换药等传统的溃疡治疗方法 ,B组 5 6例则根据不同的溃疡原因采用不同的治疗方法。对比两种方法 4周内的总愈合率。结果　A组 4周内总愈合率为 76% ,B组 4周内总愈合率为91% ,对因治疗组优于传统治疗组 ( P <0 .0 5 )。结论　针对病因治疗肢体溃疡能提高治愈率 ,缩短治疗时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of etiological therapy in the treatment of extremity ulcers.Methods Routine dressing change was used in the treatment of 42 patients with extremity ulcer(group A),and etiological therapy was used in another 56 condition matched patients(group B).The overall curative rates in 4 weeks between the two group were compared.Result The overall curative rate was 76% in group B,the difference between the two groups being significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The etiological therapy can raise curative rate for the treatment of extremity ulceration and shorten the treatment time .更多还原
