【摘要】 建立在综合自动化基础上的无人值班变电站的控制中心是城网发展的必然趋势 ,这些控制中心已为值班人员提供了对系统监视、管理和控制的手段。利用控制中心SCADA系统的资源 ,开发故障诊断系统 ,为值班人员提供故障诊断 ,对保证系统安全运行 ,提高供电可靠性具有实际意义。本文分析了电网故障时所表现出的故障征兆信息 ,提出了依据开关和保护动作信息以及部分电气量的诊断故障的方法 ,该方法不局限于具体电力系统结构 ,具有较好的通用性

【Abstract】 The development of urban power networks results in unmanned substations; control centers obtaining information from the integrated automation systems have been widely used to control these substations, and also to provide operators with a series of means for the monitoring, management and control of power systems. Based on the information provided by the SCADA system, a fault diagnosis system becomes much useful for improving the security and reliability of system operation. With the fault symptoms analyzed in this paper, an approach for power system fault diagnosis is presented by using information of switch, relay actions, as well as some electric qualities. This approach is not limited to a particular system, and can be generally employed.
