【摘要】 提出一种电压—时延式馈线自动化方案 ,该方案采用断路器做分段开关 ,根据馈线故障后的电压的大小确定各FTU的动作时间 ,并对可能出现较长延时的情况进行时间上的补偿 ,进而确保快速切除故障。该方案能够在没有通信支持的情况下完成馈线自动化的功能 ,也可以作为基于通信的集中式馈线自动化的后备方案更多还原

【Abstract】 A new scheme of feeder automation based on local voltage is proposed in the paper.Circuit breakers are recommended to be used as feeders subsections,the trip time of FTUs can be set based on local voltage,compensating measure is considered when the tripping is too late.The approach can realize feeder automation without communication,including faults isolation and power restoration, and it is also a good backup scheme for the feeder automation based on communication.更多还原
