【摘要】 首先分析安徽 5 0 0kV电网在 2 0 0 1年 5月 16日发生低频振荡的原因及造成这种运行方式的原因。指出在提高发电机功率因数的同时 ,建议华东调度中心加强统一调度 ,并由原先的电压和功率因数控制改为电压和无功功率控制。这样可有效防止这些事故的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 A low frequency oscillation happened in AnHui 500kV power network on May 16,2001. This paper studies the reason for it,then proposes the cause of this operation model.For this reason,East China Electrical Power Dispatching Center shall unify dispatching and adopt the strategy to control voltage and the amount of reactive power of generator instead of voltage and power factor.So these accidents could be avoided.更多还原
