基于小波变换的频谱细化方法在电动机故障检测中的应用
Diagnosis of rotor faults of inductive motors using spectrum zoom analysis method based on wavelet transform
【摘要】 异步电动机转子出现导条或端环断裂后 ,定子电流中会出现 (1± 2s)f1 的频率分量。考虑到此信号的特点 ,必须用高分辨率的频谱分析仪才能有效区分故障信号和工频信号 ,文中基于小波变换可提取信号所需频率成分的特性 ,利用小波变换频谱细化方法 ,通过软件编程实现故障信号的有效检测。
【Abstract】 When the rotor bar or end ring faults occurs in the inductive motors,there is an additional stator current,whose frequencies are (1±2s) f 1.According to the special features of these signals,the frequency spectrum analyzer with high resolution has been used in order to distinguish the frequencies of fault signals from the stator current.This paper proposed the wavelet spectrum zoom method which is based on the time frequency localization character of wavelet transform to detect the fault signals.Compared with FFT,the method has high resolution,its performance has been proved by the dynamic fault data of motors.
