虚拟加工中物理信息的处理
Study on the Disposal of Physical Information in Virtual Turning
【摘要】 本文提出对虚拟车削加工中物理信息的处理及其结果可视化的方法。采用一种改进的实体模型保存工件的物理信息,即在工件的实体数据中不仅包含工件的几何信息,而且包括虚拟加工时所必需的物理性质信息及工件加工后的误差信息,在此基础上提出了“拟实体”的概念。该方法实现了虚拟车削的高真感仿真,克服了以往的虚拟加工软件无工件物理信息和工件的成品信息的缺陷,增强了软件的沉浸感。
【Abstract】 The paper brings forward a solution on the disposal of physical information and the visualization of calculation results in virtual turning process. A kind of ameliorated data structure of solid model is applied to store the physical information of the workpiece, which includes not only geometry information but also physical information and error information of the workpiece. The concept of virtual solid is brought out, high quality of simulation of turning is attained and disadvantage of conventional software of virtual manufacturing is overcome.
