【Abstract】 Group decisions have often been seen as offering the benefits of collective wisdom, but may also lead to disastrous consequences. There are many factors that focus on the negative effects of erroneous group decisions. In this paper, a sort of irrational behavior in group decision making process-Groupthink, is studied and relative literatures are systematically summarized. This topic is discussed from the nature of groupthink, its antecedents、symptoms、effects on group decision making process & outcome and its avoidance. It not only examines some relative theoretical areas that have been problematic for scholars investigating the groupthink model as an explanation for faulty group decision making, but also makes some evaluation of these theories. Future research suggestions are discussed finally.更多还原
