16SrRNA寡核苷酸探针原位杂交法在粪便微生物研究中的应用
Advances in Identification and Quantification Bacteria in Feces by in Situ Hybridization with Specific 16SrRNA-targeted Oligonucleotide Probes
【摘要】 16SrRNA寡核苷酸探针(以下简称16SrRNA探针)原位杂交法,可简单、快速和准确地对粪便微生物进行定性和定量测定,本文对该方法及其应用作一综述。
【Abstract】 The paper reviewed recent advances in molecule biological methods which were applied to identify and quantify bacteria in feces. In situ hybridization (ISH) method with specific 16SrRNAtargeted oligonucleotide probes and it operation emphasized here is a new method, which is easy, fast and accurate and must has a good application in the future.\;
