正视动物食品的隐性污染
Pay Much Attention to the Recessive Pollution of Animal food
【摘要】 动物食品的隐性污染来源于饲草饲料中的农药残留 ,以及动物肌肉组织和器官的兽药残留。为减少和避免上述隐性污染 ,作者提出四条措施。
【Abstract】 Animal food has some recessive pollution, which come from pesticide residue remained in the forage grass,and remnants of animal medicines from animal’s muscles and organs In order to reduce and escape such recessive pollution,the author gave four advices here
